We trust you are happy with the product you received. If for any reason you are not, we will promptly exchange or provide a merchandise credit for any returned product. If you need to return an item, please email email@example.com for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Returns without RMA will NOT be Accepted. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned product.

Shipping and Damage Claims
grtracing.net takes pride in packaging your item properly, we use UPS and USPS, unfortunately some packages do get damaged during shipping, don't worry all our shipments are insured. If your shipment has arrived with a damaged item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org We will report the damage to the shipper and arrange for a replacement or exchange.
All Damaged merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packaging and we will arrange for the return.
Merchandise covered by a manufacturers warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturers warranty. Other than applicable manufacturers warranties, there are no warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
